Louzan Fashion specializes in luxury abayas, including ready-made pieces and custom design & tailoring. Product images are for reference; slight variations in color or details may occur due to fabric availability or screen settings.

2. Custom Orders
All custom-made and tailored orders are created according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.

3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after full or agreed-upon payment is received.

4. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver within Qatar, the UAE, and Iraq. Delivery times may vary based on location and order type (ready-made or custom). Louzan Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-made items may be exchanged or returned according to store policy, provided they are unused and in original condition.

• Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content belong to Louzan Fashion and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Privacy
Customer information is kept confidential and used only to process orders and improve our services.

8. Modifications
Louzan Fashion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
